After you’ve taken care of your loved ones, you may wish to leave a gift in your Will to Australian Breast Cancer Research. A gift of as little as 1% of your estate can make a big difference to lifesaving breast cancer research and patient care in hospitals. For many of our supporters, leaving a gift in their Will is an opportunity to give a significant contribution to a cause they are passionate about, leaving a legacy that lasts beyond their lifetime.

• Residual – a nominated amount or percentage of what remains of your estate after family and friends have been provided for
• Amount – a nominated amount for a specific gift
• Assets – any items that you own, property, cars, shares, jewellery, paintings etc.

Providing a gift while you are still alive is another meaningful way to make a difference to breast cancer research and care. For some people, they choose to do this by making a donation in honour of a loved one who sadly lost their cancer battle, or by leaving a Living Legacy.
